David Luiz is to be sold for £45m by Chelsea

To ward off intrest from Barcelona and other clubs Chelsea has place a price tag of £45m for their central defender David Luiz with interest from Barcelona with a bid of £30m.  Manager Jose Mourinho rejected the bid and place a tag of £45m on him since they are not ready to sell him out but Barcelona Coach  Gerardo Martino want the club to bring in David since they cough out £48m on Neymar they can do the same for David Luiz
